Best Place – Riverside Museum, Glasgow Harbor, Glasgow

Opened in 2011 and designed by renowned Architect Zaha Hadid this imposing building sits on the bank of the River Clyde.  With free entry all year, have a wander and take in hundreds of examples of transport throughout the years, stroll down Kelvin Street, a recreated street from 1895 – 1930.

Best Restaurant – Amore Ristorante Pizzeria

Amore is an Italian restaurant located in Merchant City.  Whether it’s a speedy lunch or leisurely dinner, Amore has vast selection of Italian classic dishes including stone baked pizzas. For those of you who love Italian cuisine, this place is highly recommended!

Best Fun Thing to Do – Take the river taxi down the River Clyde

Board the boat on the Broomielee, sit back, relax and see Glasgow from a different angle as you are sailed down to Braehead.
